By accessing our services and website, you acknowledge having read and agreed to adhere to our Terms and Conditions. If any aspect of these Terms is not acceptable, please do not use our services.
Our Services
Privacy and Security Your genetic data's privacy and security are our top priorities. We handle your information with utmost confidentiality, guided by our Privacy Policy to which you consent upon using our services.
Scheduling and Appointments Schedule your appointment through our website or by contacting our team directly. Note:
- Same Day Appointments: An expedited service fee of $75 applies for bookings within 2 hours.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling: Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $50 fee.
Policies
Pet Policy Inform us about pets at home during booking. Pets must be secured prior to our arrival, or the appointment will be rescheduled with applicable fees.
Safety Policy for Children and Combative Situations
- Children: Non-participating children must be supervised away from the testing area.
- Combative Situations: For everyone's safety, appointments will be rescheduled or cancelled if safety is compromised.
Payment and Fees
General Payment Payment is required upon scheduling. We maintain a strict no-refund policy and will communicate any price adjustments beforehand.
No Show and Late Arrivals
- No Show: Incurs a new testing fee; no refunds for missed appointments.
- Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond this time will need to reschedule with a $50 late fee.
Test Results and Interpretation
Results are securely emailed. Consult a healthcare professional for result interpretation, as BioOnix Lab Services does not provide this service.
Legal and Terms
Limitation of Liability We limit our liability to the extent allowed by law for any damages from using or not being able to use our services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction Our services are governed by Colorado law, with all disputes subject to Colorado's state and federal courts' exclusive jurisdiction. This applies unless local laws where the service is conducted mandate otherwise.
Changes to Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Regularly reviewing them ensures you are informed of any changes, which, if not objected to by continued use of our services, indicate acceptance.
